What this site collects
Short version: your details if you ask us to quote an event, and anonymous numbers about which pages people read. Nothing is sold, and nothing goes to advertisers.

When you ask for a catering quote
The quote form asks for your name, how to reach you, and details of your event. That goes to Netlify, who host this site, and reaches us as a notification. We use it to price your event and to answer you. There is no mailing list to add you to, and your details are never sold or passed on to anyone else.
Analytics, and why it is not Google's
We count visits with our own analytics software. It is self-hosted on infrastructure managed by our website provider on our behalf, and it is served from this domain rather than by an analytics company — so your visit is not disclosed to a third-party analytics service at all. There is no Google Analytics on this site.
It sets no cookies. It records which pages you read, the site you arrived from, roughly where in the world you are, and what browser and kind of device you use. It also records when a visitor taps our phone number or email address, or successfully sends the quote form, and which page they were on when they did — that is the only way to tell which pages actually help people book us.
None of it identifies you personally, none of it follows you to other websites, and none of it is sold or used for advertising. If you would rather not be counted, a content blocker will stop the script, and nothing else on these pages depends on it.
Everyone else who sees anything
Netlify hosts the site and handles the quote form. Like any web host they keep server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. They are requested from Google on every page, so Google receives your IP address in order to send them. That is the one unavoidable third-party request on this site, and it happens whether or not you do anything else here.
Our Instagram, Facebook and Google review links are ordinary links. Nothing from any of them is embedded in these pages, so none of those companies sees you unless you click through.
Asking about your information
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Message us and say so — there is no penalty for asking and it will not change how we treat you.
We do not knowingly collect anything from children. If a parent or guardian believes we have, tell us and we will delete it.
If this changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date above moves.
